1. Log in to Dayforce
2. Go to the Benefits tab
3. Click “Forms”
4. Select “Current Beneficiary Information”
5. Click “Add” and enter details
6. Under “Basic Life and AD&D,” select your beneficiary and assign a percentage
7. Click “Submit” to save
