Whether you’re part of the formal performance management program (PMP) or not, now is the time to have a transparent conversation about your contributions to ConGlobal and/or your site. Mid-year is a great time to reflect, reset, and refocus.

For all employees:

• What’s going well?
• What could be improved?
• What tools do you need to be successful?
• What are your priorities for the rest of the year?

Tips for a productive conversation:

✔ Come prepared with examples of recent wins or challenges
✔ Be honest about obstacles or gaps
✔ Take notes so you can follow through
✔ Ask for feedback—then act on it

If you participate in the Performance Management Program (PMP):

• First, make sure you’ve entered your goals into Dayforce under the “Performance” tab.
• As you progress towards your goals, update Dayforce with the completion percentage.
• Send a formal meeting invite for your check-in with your leader. Make sure to select a quiet place to talk with plenty of cushion on the calendar so you can cover all your objectives.
• Review your business goals that align with our focus areas—Customers, Culture, Cost, and Capabilities.

The bottom line: Growth doesn’t happen on its own. Take the lead in your development and partner with your leader to stay aligned and make real progress.
