At ConGlobal, we know that our strength lies in our people. That’s why we launched our second Employee Engagement Survey in late 2024—to hear directly from you about what’s working and where we can improve.

Participation & Engagement Are on the Rise

We’re excited to share that participation in the survey increased significantly, from 29% in 2023 to 42% in 2024. That means over 1,250 of you took the time to provide honest feedback, helping us better understand your experiences and priorities. Our overall engagement score also improved, rising 4 points from 68 to 72 (the benchmark is 74)—a step forward as we continue working toward our goal of a more connected and engaged workforce.

Where We’re Strong

The survey reaffirmed key strengths that make ConGlobal a great place to work:
Prioritization – Employees feel confident in knowing what to focus on.
Role Clarity – You understand how your work contributes to ConGlobal’s success.
Safety Climate – Safety remains a top priority, and employees recognize this commitment.

Having consistency in these areas year over year shows that we are living our mission and values every day.

Where We Can Improve

While we made progress, the survey also highlighted areas where we need to continue focusing our efforts:
🔹 Communication (+5 points) – We’ve improved but still have work to do. Employees want clearer and more consistent updates.
🔹 Action Taking (+3 points) – Employees are more engaged when they believe meaningful action will be taken based on their feedback.
🔹 Recognition (+2 points) – Employees want to feel more valued for their contributions.

One of the most significant findings was the 20-point difference in engagement between employees who believe action will be taken versus those who don’t. This reinforces the need for us to not only listen but also demonstrate follow-through on employee feedback.
