Program outline
We designed this program using our values because we understand the importance of teamwork, and we want employees to have a pathway to recommend candidates they know to join the ConGlobal team.
We ask that employees only refer candidates that are qualified for the role. If your referred candidate is selected for the role, you are eligible for a referral bonus of $500.
The employee referral bonus is paid in two payments of $250 after the new hire reaches three and six months of employment. The bonus payment will be made through the payroll.
What positions are eligible for referrals?
All positions are eligible for the referral bonus.
What is the program process?
Employees must inform the hiring manager of their referral before the candidate is selected to be eligible for a referral bonus.
The referral date cannot be earlier than the job posting date, and the hiring manager must hire the candidate within 180 days (or six months) of the initial referral date.
ConGlobal will follow its standard hiring process. We evaluate all candidates for employment according to hiring demands and needs. And while we value candidates referred by employees, not all will be hired.
Employees must complete and submit a referral form [insert link] to Human Resources within 14 days of the new hire’s start date.
We require referred new hires to work their first three months before the referral bonus is paid.
After three months of employment, the qualified referring employee (if still employed by ConGlobal) will receive a referral bonus of $250. Because we have many pay intervals, ConGlobal will pay the bonus within three weeks.
After the referred employee works their first six months, the qualified referring employee (if still employed by ConGlobal) will receive second referral bonus of $250, again paid within three weeks.

Who can submit referrals?
Active, full-time, union and non-union employees can participate in the ConGlobal’s Employee Referral Program.
Some employees are not eligible. They are:
- Anyone involved in the hiring process for the position
- A member of the ConGlobal Leadership Team
- Members of the Human Resources department
Other exceptions include:
- Employees cannot refer former ConGlobal employees to a role within the organization.
- Candidates who have already applied for roles within the last six months are not eligible for referral.
How many referrals can someone make?
There is no limit to the number of referrals, but please refer wisely.
We ask that you only refer people qualified for the position who you believe will live our ConGlobal values of Zero Harm, service quality, teamwork, integrity, and human ingenuity.
ConGlobal will follow our standard hiring process to identify qualified candidates.
Who do I tell I have a referral?
As soon as you find a qualified candidate, please inform the hiring manager.
Where do I send candidates to apply?
Potential candidates can search and apply for roles on ConGlobal’s website.
What if I already submitted a referral? How is it handled?
We follow our standard hiring process and select only qualified candidates who will uphold our ConGlobal values.
At ConGlobal, we value candidates referred by employees; however, not all will be hired. And we do not guarantee employment to referred candidates.
The candidate I referred started. What happens next?
Employees must complete an employee referral form and submit it to referrals@conglobal.com within 14 days of the starting date.
