Thank you to everyone who took part in our recent Safety Culture Survey. Participation more than doubled since 2021—67% of employees completed the survey this year. That tells us loud and clear that you care about safety and about making your voice heard.

What We Learned

The results show progress in every area of safety culture. Compared to 2021, we’ve improved across the board, with the biggest gains in:

Teamwork – working together to get the job done safely
Communication – making it easier to raise concerns and share information
Care for Safety – building a culture where safety comes first

We also heard you clearly that we need to strengthen upward communication and team collaboration. That means making it even easier for you to speak up and for leaders to listen and act.

What’s Next

Your feedback gives us a roadmap for improvement. The immediate focus will be on building stronger communication between teams and with leaders. You’ll see more updates as we continue this work.

Why It Matters

Every time you take the time to give feedback, it helps us make ConGlobal a safer place to work. Safety isn’t just about rules and training—it’s about our culture, how we look out for each other, and how we speak up when something doesn’t seem right.

Thank you for raising your voice and helping us move closer to our goal of Zero Harm.
