September 3-October 31—Mandatory Compliance Training—Preventing Harassment and Respect Everyday
These trainings mandatory for for all-staff and must be completed no later than October 31.

October 2—Medicare Webinar
Medicare-eligible employees can learn about Medicare Open Enrollment and explore the option of transitioning.

October 15-December7—Medicare Enrollment Period
Medicare-eligible employees can enroll, review, or change their coverage during open enrollment. Those new to Medicare can join a plan three months before Medicare begins and ends three months after you get Medicare.

October 21-November 1—Flexible Spending Account Open Enrollment
Eligible employees can enroll for an employer-sponsored healthcare benefit, allowing employees to set aside money annually to cover the cost of qualified medical expenses. An FSA can allow you to take home a larger paycheck because the savings is pre-tax, lowering your taxable income. To learn more, read this blog post.

December 20—Set your 2025 Goals and Begin Self Appraisals
Many ConGlobal employees participate in a formal Performance Management Program each year. At the end of the year, we all set our sights on 2025 and begin to set our goals for the future. HR will conduct several training sessions, and employees can document their 2024 in Dayforce.
Even if you’re not participating in the formalized PMP process, the end of the year is a great time to have career conversations with your leader to share your career interests and discuss growth opportunities. ConGlobal is a learning organization, and every employee and site has performance goals.
Before January 15—Update your address in Dayforce Before W2s are Mailed
If you’ve moved or changed your address this year, please log into Dayforce and update your profile so you receive your W2 and can file your 2024 taxes.
